The show, which opened today, is the largest Call Center show in France and one of the most important in Europe. In the past, CosmoCom technology has been well represented in multiple partner booths. Continuing that tradition, both Orange and PhoneControl will host CosmoCom technology in their respective booths. April 1: Consolidation 2.0 - Opportunities for Service Providers
The first conference, today, will discuss how Consolidation 2.0 presents opportunities for telecom service providers, with speakers from CosmoCom as well as Telefonica, KPN, Orange & PhoneControl.
April 2: Consolidation 2.0 – Benefits for the Enterprise
Tomorrow’s conference will focus on how CosmoCom partner Orange has delivered a vertical application for its hospitality industry customer Telemetrics via the CosmoCall Universe platform.
April 3: Business Application Integration
On the closing day, CosmoCom’s conference will focus on the ease of integration between CosmoCom’s CosmoCall Universe Consolidation 2.0 platform and third-party line-of-business (LOB) applications like CRM and ERP. Case studies will include integrating SAP for customers Gaz de France and Samsung.
