Responsibilities:

CosmoCom is seeking to hire an experienced Technical Project Manager for its Technical Services group servicing customers and partners in the Americas. The Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading the implementation team for complex contact center platforms for service providers and major enterprises in the Americas. The candidate will act as the primary interface between CosmoCom’s engineering team and the customer’s implementation team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a hands-on implementation or support engineer, as well as technical project management experience. The company is perfect for highly motivated individuals looking for new challenges and career growth opportunities in an exciting company experiencing rapid growth. Ideally the candidate will be based in CosmoCom’s Headquarters on Long Island, NY, but exceptional candidates will be considered for remote workers. Some amount of travel in Americas will be necessary – mostly within the USA.

Position Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering preferred
• Experience in managing call center projects, telecommunications and/or IP/networking implementations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated success in the leading and managing of people in a multi disciplinary team-based environment
• Hands on experience with Internet technologies, telecommunications equipment, VoIP. desirable
• Good people skills and ability to work with customers
• Willingness to do moderate travel (mostly domestically)
