Lead Software Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop software for real-time distributed ACD
• Participate in design, specification, implementation, integration, compliance testing to product release
• Work in a cross-functional team environment
• Manage and communicate with internal and external resources
• Lead outsourced R&D projects to successful delivery

Job Requirements:

• BSc, MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 4+ years Development experience, 1-2+ years as a team lead and/or project manager / lead developer in an ASP.NET/ C#/C++/ Web environment.
• A proven experience in development and maintenance of complex distributed server Good architectural knowledge – Multi threading, TCP/UDP, Design Patterns
• A proven experience as a team lead
• Familiarity with Windows platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

As a definite “plus”, ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in contact center product solutions
• Outstanding OO design skills, good knowledge of UML
• Substantial experience in developing mission critical multi-threaded applications
• Telecom or call center or Voice Over IP experience
• SCRUM master skills and agile methodologies
