Responsibilities:

• Technical details include engineering network, routing, load balancing, network and capacity planning, data management.

Job Requirements:

• B.A or B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science ,Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years (and preferably more) experience in similar position
  Independent and self motivated
• Ability to visualize complex systems
• Previous experience in Customer Support is an advantage
• Experience as a software developer is a plus
• Proven knowledge in many of the areas below:
  • Microsoft O/S (Win2k Server / Adv Server / Win 2003 Server)
  • MS Platform resilient deployment (Cluster / Load Balance)
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • TCP/IP protocols and data communications
  • Routers, Switches
  • Firewall / NAT
  • Protocol Analyzer (Ethereal, Sniffer, NetMon)
  • PC Hardware configuration(LAN Adapters, SCSI, RAID)
  • Data backups
  • Client/Server and Web based applications
