Responsibilities:

• Develop software for real-time distributed ACD (Automatic Call Distributor)
• Participate in design, specification, implementation, integration, compliance testing to product release
• Work in a cross-functional team environment 

Job Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 1+ years experience with SIP/H.323, RTP and related VoIP protocols
• 4+ years professional experience in Object oriented C++ Software development on the Windows Server Platform
• Good architectural knowledge – Multi threading, TCP/UDP, Design Patterns, Win32, IO completion ports
• Strong OOD concepts and practice
• Ability to visualize complex systems
• Team player

As a definite “plus”, ideal candidates will have:

• MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Experience in contact center product solutions
• Knowledge of telecom domain and data networking protocols
• Outstanding OO design skills, good knowledge of UML
• Excellent C++ implementation skills
• Substantial experience in developing mission critical / distributed / multi-threaded applications
