Responsibilities:

• Develop software for real-time distributed Voice-over-IP based complete call center solution
• Use most modern software development techniques and methodology
• Participate in design, specification, implementation, integration, compliance testing to product release
• Work in a cross-functional team environment
• Lead development projects

Job Requirements:

• BSc, MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 5+ years professional experience in Object oriented C++ Software development on the Windows Platform
• Proven experience in development and maintenance of complex distributed server
• Excellent architectural knowledge – Multi threading, TCP/UDP, Design Patterns
• Outstanding OO design skills
• Excellent C++ implementation skills

As a definite “plus”, ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in contact center product solutions
• Experience with SIP, RTP, VoIP, IMS and related protocols
• Substantial experience in developing mission critical multi-threaded applications
