Additionally, many prestigious enterprise customers base their internal inbound/outbound multi-media contact center operations on CosmoCom technology.
Responsibilities:
Train customers and partners to install and technically support their CosmoCom contact center solutions built upon general purpose Microsoft-based server platforms and standards-based VoIP equipment.
Train customers and partners to Design and configure advanced call center applications, including ACD, IVR, CTI, Predictive Dialing, and call recording, e-mail, web chat and collaboration.
Train New CosmoCom QA, Development, Project Management, and Technical Operations personnel to understand, use, and troubleshoot their CosmoCall system and the Microsoft platform it runs on.
Job Requirements:
B.A or B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science ,Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering
Minimum of 3 years (and preferably more) experience in at least two of the following areas:
MS server technologies (MS security, Active Directory, IIS, SQL, Exchange, etc.)
IP Networking
VoIP
Independent and self motivated
Ability to visualize complex systems
Previous experience in Field Service or Customer Support is an advantage
Experience as a software developer is a plus
Proven knowledge in many of the areas below:
Microsoft O/S (Win 2003 Server)
MS Platform resilient deployment (Cluster / Load Balance)
Microsoft Exchange 2003 (2007 helpful)
Microsoft SQL 2005 , T-SQL
Routers, Switches
IP Protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SMTP)
Firewall / NAT
Protocol Analyzer (Ethereal, Sniffer, NetMon)
PC Hardware configuration(LAN Adapters, SCSI, RAID, FibreChannel)
VoIP Signaling (SIP & H.323) & troubleshooting
